Caroline brings a wealth of business experience to her executive and personal development coaching practice and is an APECS Accredited Executive Coach and NLP practitioner.  She has worked internationally and domestically managing high profile complex senior & C-level individual and corporate customer relationships from start-ups through to Global Commercial Banking.

Caroline approaches each coaching engagement with compassion, flexibility and real world experience.  Her style is challenging and supportive as she facilitates her client’s to realise their own unique goals and aspirations through a heightened sense of resourcefulness and self-awareness.

Caroline holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School where she is an Associate Coach and has conducted research into the ‘Key challenges to creating gender balance at all levels of the organisation.’

Caroline is also Director of Real Time Sustainability, which enables organisations to leverage the connected world of the Internet of Things (IoT) to gain valuable insights into cost savings and new revenue streams.
