A Good Day At The Office: How To Create Positive Pressure And Build Your Resilience
This interactive talk will increase knowledge and awareness of the stress response, how to recognise personal reactions and changes the way we think about stress, increasing resilience and reducing the likelihood of harm. Developing self-awareness and self-management together with other, very practical, tools enables us to take control of our stress response, decrease stress levels, cope better with challenges and build personal resilience.
