25 June 2020 @ 12:30 - 13:30

Free
Getting to 50/50 – Get new ideas and find out what works to achieve gender balance at the top.

You know how to recruit a gender balanced workforce, and you may even have gender balance in your organisation. However, when you get to more senior levels the percentage of women decreases.

Join us to find out what others have tried. Find out what works and doesn’t work to ensure women advance at the same rate as men.

This session is for you if:

  • You currently have responsibility for driving Diversity & Inclusion;
  • You are a Director in your company;
  • Your role sits within Human Resources;
  • You are a Diversity & Inclusion practitioner or champion; or
  • You have a keen interest in retention and advancement of women, are keen to drive gender balance at the top, reduce the gender pay gap, or have an interest in D&I.

This is a virtual session and it will be run on the Zoom video call platform. When you register you will receive an invite with the link.

For those that would like to join the session but can’t make the date, the session will be recorded. Please do register to receive the recording.
