2017 is a pivotal year to challenge ourselves as women, to seek the truth as to why we are often not heard nor understood in many conversations and especially those with other women.  Pauline Crawford-Omps is our Ambassador of Magical Conversations, and an expert in Gender Dynamics© – a new blueprint for women and men to understand each other and value their differences and similarities.  
Becoming aware of the natural positive influence she had on many conversations, Pauline recognised the core values that guide what she calls “magical conversations” – especially critical today when men and women are conversing, and now more than ever a top priority when addressing women on how to share their wisdom with each other. 
This is a space for conversations between women who are mindful, conscious, willing to share and are open-minded to magical outcomes that may well shift our world to be more harmonious and healthy for all men and women. No one is judgmental or critical, yet each passionately search for truth and are invited to listen in challenging ways, bound always by a desire for the highest good of all.
