LIVE Q&A: IWD – #BreakTheBias – Gender Smart Working For Teams

11 March 2022 @ 12:30 - 13:15

Free
What is the bias towards women in the workplace? Do men and women really behave differently at work? How can you minimise bias at work?

In this special edition of our Live Q&A we explore this year’s theme for International Women’s Day: #BreakTheBias

Our guest is our own in-house expert on gender difference: Inge Woudstra. In her book ‘Be Gender Smart – The Key to Career Success for Women’ Inge addresses how men and women are different at work, and what this means for women, teams and managers.

Inge will share why it’s important to talk about difference, how difference brings real value to teams and how to make the most of this for your team. She will share practical tips on how to call out gender biases at work without alienating people, how to be more confident and what each of us can do to make sure everyone feels valued, irrespective of gender.

You will leave this LIVE Q&A with a better understanding of how to break the bias to get the most from each colleague.

Register to join and send any questions you may have for Inge in advance, or ask them LIVE at our session.

A recording of this session will be made available to everyone who registers.
