LIVE Q&A: Listening to understand: Does Everyone Feel Included?

25 February 2022 @ 12:30 - 13:15

Free
Find out how to know whether everyone in your company feels included. Learn more about the various listening techniques we have used.

How do you know whether everyone feels included in your organisation? Does everyone experience the work environment in the same way? What can you do to ensure all voices are heard?

The second of our 8 Inclusive Behaviours is Listening.

In this LIVE Q&A we look at the different ways in which Listening helps discover whether everyone feels valued and included in an organisation.

Our guest is Sana Wajid, Design Team Manager at Network Rail. Sana will share with us how she used a Listening exercise to find out about how women from ethnic minority backgrounds experienced their work environment. Sana will explain what prompted the need for the Listening exercise and how it was set up. Finally, Sana will share what she learned and what the impact was on her and her colleagues.

You will leave the session with a better understanding of how to use the power of listening to improve inclusion in your team.

Register to join and send any questions you may have for Sana in advance, or ask them LIVE at our session.

A recording of this session will be made available to everyone who registers.
