The five one hour sessions are:

12 May: Lost For Words – understanding the mind-emotion connection in challenging times – with Indira Kennedy

Managing emotions remotely is challenging, and even more so when we are in isolation. This webinar introduces the mind-emotion connection and its place in performance and wellbeing. Indira provides a simple, effective framework for you to manage emotions by identifying six main drivers. You will explore how they relate to you as an individual, learn how to assign empowering emotions to them, and how to support them with your thoughts. Finally, we will look at how to use this framework to ask meaningful questions when supporting others – so you aren’t lost for words.

This webinar is for individuals and leaders who want to:

• maintain their own equilibrium and emotional resilience

help others through change and challenge with confidence and compassion

• build greater mental health and wellbeing

• create a more emotionally adept culture for the future

19 May: Managing Your Brand: Control What People Say About You When You’re Not present – with Joanna Gaudoin

Your personal strengths, experiences and the way you work are as unique to you as your genes. Together, they can create a personal brand at the heart of a successful and satisfying career.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss the benefits of personal branding for career progression and explore the boundaries between individual branding and corporate conformity. Joanna Gaudoin will help you understand how you come across to others and let you re-write the script to how you want to come across in a way that’s authentic and powerful. You will walk away knowing how to use your 3 personal impact ‘tools’ to affect what people say about you when you’re not in the room.

26 May: Good Virtual Meetings: what do they look like? with Mark Brown

You can have good meetings and you can have good virtual meetings.

When was the last time you sat through a meeting and thought “that’s an hour of my life I’m never getting back” or “why am I here?” or “we’ve talked for hours and still no concrete results.”?

How do you ensure that everyone is engaged and encouraged to contribute, especially in a time when people feel more distanced, disconnected and in unfamiliar territory? How do we work closer together now that we are farther apart?

Meetings are about people. And whilst there are a ton of tips on using Zoom, the netiquette for Microsoft Teams or being sensible using Skype, they don’t improve the meetings themselves.

This session will give you insights, techniques and tips which will help you have productive, idea-generating meetings, with everyone participating. Online or face-to-face.

You will be able to:

• Generate Insightful Thinking

• Build knowledge and expertise

Enhance relationships

• Build excitement and motivation

• Enhance communication

• Get meeting results

02 June: Lead Your Team Remotely: what your team needs and how you can provide it – with Sarah Hayes

Whether you’re a leader manager or employee, learn how strengths can help you to individualise your communication and support your teams by communicating clear expectations at this time of working remotely.

We’ll take a look at what employees need from their leaders right now and how leaders can tailor their approach.

Learn strategies and skills that coaches and managers can use to foster greater engagement among their employees who, perhaps for the first time, are working remotely.

If you have tuned into our session on Leading from the Kitchen Table, you’ll find that this session builds on it.

09 June: You, Even Better! with Jude Sclater

Self development often gets pushed to the bottom of the to do list and it’s no surprise given how much we have on our plates. Take this opportunity to have 60 minutes devoted to you and what you need to be an even better you.

In this session Jude will introduce you to the Wheel of Life, a holistic method to help you take stock of where you are today and where you would like to be in the future. Through self reflection and discussion you will walk away with a clear area of focus for self development and an experiment to try, to push your boundaries.
