7 April: How to Maintain & Build Relationships Remotely – with Joanna Gaudoin

The aim of this session is to help you to continue to maintain and build relationships with clients, colleagues, prospects and other business contacts whilst working remotely.

Joanna will provide tangible advice and guidance on how to maintain existing relationships and build them further when it is not possible to meet people in person.

• Continue the progress they have already made on building relationships, within new constraints.

• Focus on new ways and opportunities to build relationships.

14 April: How to Use Your Strengths to Thrive Remotely – with Katie Driver

We do our best work when we apply our strengths to our most important projects. This webinar will help you understand what strengths you hold and how you can use them to navigate the virtual world and thrive remotely.

In the session Katie will look at what strengths are and why using them helps build your resilience and effectiveness, before giving you the chance to start identifying your particular strengths and how you can apply them to thrive in remote and virtual working situations.

21 April: Leading From Your Kitchen Table – with Phil Cox

The current situation is challenging everyone’s expectations about what leadership is, and how it can be applied during lockdown. Many leaders are themselves fearful and struggling to find the inner resources to lead their teams in these unique circumstances.

In this session Phil looks at how leaders can try to provide a sense of direction to their followers, whilst attending sensitively to their concerns. How to ensure that their people have a clear and compelling vision of the team’s purpose. How to flex their leadership style to adapt to the situation, and to respond to the varied needs of each of their team members.

28 April: What To Focus On To Future Proof Your Career As Much As Possible In Uncertain Times – with Joanna Gaudoin

The aim of this session is to help you make some time for your career and focus on some important elements to futureproof it as far as possible.

In this session Joanna will provide tangible advice and guidance on what to consider to develop your career including key skill development.

• Take the opportunity of potentially more time to consider their career.

• Take concrete action to future proof their career as far as possible.

5 May: How To Boost Wellbeing By Connecting With Nature, Even When Indoors – with Katie Driver

Connecting with the natural world brings calmness, creativity and much more. When we work indoors for long periods, we risk disconnecting with nature and the valuable perspectives it can bring to our work and our lives. This webinar will offer simple ways to keep in touch with what’s outside and what’s important in our lives, even when we’re stuck inside.

In this session Katie will discuss some of the benefits that a connection with nature can bring to our work and our wellbeing, and then explore some simple strategies that you can use to keep that connection and your thinking fresh even if you’re unable to get outdoors.
