Diversity – particularly Gender – has been a hot topic for organisations for a number of years now.  But is it really just a women’s issue?  What are the benefits of gender equality for men? Do men want different things from life than women?  And, if this is truly something that’s equally as relevant to women and men, how can men support gender diversity and equality and what are the benefits to them of doing so?
