The Future Of  Work: Is It Here Already?

Talk about flexible, dynamic, agile working is everywhere.  Many organisations pride themselves in making it part of their official offering to emoployees.  But is it really as flexible as it is?  Are there any obstacles or latent disincentives that make it more difficult for employees to work as flexibly as they’d like?  Is it working for management and business more broadly?  How does it impact on the team dynamic?
