The Gender Pay Gap

Companies are beginning to release their gender pay gap reports, due to be officially released in April.  What are we seeing around the City?  What is the gender pay gap?  What does it mean for you? What are some of the commitments that institutions are making to address it?  What can we, individuals, do to address it for us personally?  These and many other questions will be put to our group of individuals who gather to discuss this topic on 9 May 2018 at SMBC.
