Many of us are often vying for time to meet expectations both at home and at work.  Be it caring for children, elderly parents or other loved ones or attending to one’s charitable, sporting or other responsibilities outside of work.  How do we keep the balance?  How do we ensure that one doesn’t overpower the other?  How do we satisfy the many bosses we each have, both at work and outside, and manage some time for ourselves as well?
