In this session, we try to understand the reasons senior leadership teams have not managed to shift the dial on the diversity of their composition.  While strides to recruit and retain people from diverse backgrounds have been ongoing in many cases for years, few senior leadership teams have managed to reflect those efforts.  In fact, by and large, many still fail to reflect the diversity of their clients.
