2021 Career Experts Virtual Series: You, Even Better

You, Even Better

Self development often gets pushed to the bottom of the to do list and it’s no surprise given how much we have on our plates. Take this opportunity to have 60 minutes devoted to you and what you need to be an even better you.

In this session Jude will introduce you to the Wheel of Life, a holistic method to help you take stock of where you are today and where you would like to be in the future. Through self reflection and discussion you will walk away with a clear area of focus for self development and an experiment to try, to push your boundaries.

Jude Sclater

Jude is a highly experienced leadership and team development specialist who spent 8 years working in learning and development for Deloitte. She has also worked as an auditor, first at Deloitte in New Zealand and then with Pearson Group in London, and a project manager for Penguin.

Her coaching clients are typically female leaders; rising stars who are ambitious and push themselves to achieve success in their career and life. Jude helps her clients to build their inner resourcefulness, increasing their positivity and confidence to face challenges even after coaching has ended.

When facilitating groups, Jude helps her participants think about what might get in the way of taking the new skills out into the real world. She encourages them to find ways to experiment that will build their confidence and competence.

Ultimately, Jude’s aim is to create an environment where people can figure out to how to be their best at work and at home. When this happens, businesses benefit from the best thinking and action their people have to offer.

Originally from New Zealand, Jude moved to London in 2007 and lives in South East London with her husband. She has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and is accredited through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
