Blocks in our thinking often affect our behaviour and the way in which we engage with people and build relationships. Maria considers herself to be a mindset liberator. Maria focuses on behavioural change and unblocking unhelpful thoughts which may get in the way of individuals leading their teams better, building more effective relationships with their clients and generally presenting themselves with impact.
