Developing your EDI Ambition
We help your team, department or organisation determine and articulate what type of organisation you want to be and how equity, diversity and inclusion can enable that.

The Voice At The Table Inclusion Diagnostic runs focus groups with 15-20% of your organisation (or group or team, depending on size) and provides an expert analysis that gives you a true picture of where you are on the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Journey. It provides an essential starting point and recommendations to make improvements to move you forward.

Inge helped us interpret our qualitative analysis of the gender pay gap, gave us ideas on how to communicate it, and helped us build a gender pay gap action plan.
