This year’s IWD theme is #EachForEqual. A call for each person, as an individual, to take responsibility for our own thoughts and actions in order to create an equal, enabled world.

We’re asked to actively challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women’s achievements. How do we do this? What are the challenges? How do we overcome them?
