Jane is a specialist in coaching others to generate more of their independent thinking based on the Time to Think ™ approach together with the underpinning of her Post Grad in Psychological Coaching and NLP Coach Certification. Jane is an accredited coach with the ICF and a mentor coach.
Jane’s clients are from both ends of the leadership spectrum – emerging leaders and experienced leaders. Typically her emerging leader clients are looking to develop their leadership skills further and want to make a conscious contribution to those they serve. As a result of working with Jane, clients describe feeling more confident, have greater resilience in the face of change, gain more clarity, improve their communication skills and have achieved more for themselves and their business.
Jane supports experienced leaders as a ‘Thinking Partner’ to help capitalise on their leadership experience and attributes and reflect on how to sharpen their skills to have greater impact on those whom they wish to influence.
Jane’s experience lies within professional and financial services where she has been working in London for over 25 years both as an HR practitioner and as an Executive Coach.
