Tackling your inner critic

We’ve all got one: That critical voice inside our head that runs a constant commentary of everything we do, our inner critic.

And while it normally has good intentions and keeps us in check and safe, it inadvertently also keeps us from stepping out of our comfort zone, trying new things and fully living up to our potential.

By the end of this workshop you will:

• Be more familiar with your own inner critic and how it’s holding you back.
• Have learned some strategies for distancing yourself from your inner critic
• Have a clear action plan.

Karin has expert knowledge of the corporate world, gained over 16 years in senior positions in a global top 10 FTSE company.

Specialising in corporate affairs, her expertise ranges from sustainability / corporate responsibility, communications and change management to leadership and mentoring skills development.

Working in an international environment and across different cultures she has provided leadership development services across a number of industries, including consumer goods, financial services, retail, travel and the social enterprise sector.
